Day One - In the Think Tank
1. What is a think tank?
2. Name think tank based on issue
3. Develop issue and solution
Day Two - Legislation and Committees
1. Write proposed legislation
2. Agree on two or three bills to send to Congress
3. Speaker Ryan (Maddy)  chooses bills and committees
4.  Committee members assigned
Day Three and Four - Committee Hearings

1.  Research on members
2. Hearings and testimony
3. Committes vote on legislation
Day Five - Conference Hearing

1. House and Senate members negotiate mark, turn into conference report
