Swimming Lessons

I taught swimming lessons at the Olney Swim Center in Olney, Maryland and other locations in Montgomery Coungty from 1991 until 2005. I taught primarily parent assisted classes. This page contains the schedule for the classes I taught and the skills covered each week. Anyone is free to use this as a personal guide, however I recommend classes too. Role modeling from other children is a valid and effective instructional tool.

Above all, especially at these ages, make it FUN!

These schedules go from older children (Pre-School) to 2 to 4 year olds (AquaTots) to prewalking still in diapers children (Water Babies)
